The Stop and Frisk Handbook

The Stop and Frisk Handbook is more than a book but is also a movement. This small handbook, small enough to fit into any person’s pocket, represents a tangible solution for a complex problem that has been plaguing minority communities for far too long. Every citizen needs to be informed of their constitutional rights should they be stopped and frisked and this book provides a full overview. The creators of this project have successfully demonstrated the proper way to combine intellectual capital within communities for the purpose of creating tangible solutions which can immediately implemented effectively demonstrating the creed of “none of us is as strong as all of us”.
